The Challenge
The Client had challenges in monitoring the product and workstream timelines, as GTM Readiness was a siloed effort that involved multiple tools and applications. Without a common platform to track various activities involved, the overall progress was being tracked manually. It also involved monitoring status, addressing risks, and measuring post-launch health across disparate systems and processes. This was resulting into a highly inefficient workflow.
